All the Add-Ins

Scott’s Add-Ins link Xero general ledger data with Excel. When you install the add-in, you will see the following new Excel functions available:

=XGL

Populates the cell with the dollar sum of the transactions for a GL account for a specified start and end date.

=SCOTT.XGL(OrgId, Account Code, Beginning Date, Ending Date)

=XRANGE

Populates the cell with the dollar sum of the transactions for a range of GL accounts for a specified start and end date.

=SCOTT.XRANGE(OrgId, Begin Account Code, Ending Account Code, Begin Date, End Date)

=XDESC

Populates the cell with the GL account description.

=SCOTT.XDESC(OrgId, Account Code)

=XTRACK

Populates the cell with the dollar sum of the transactions for a GL account using tracking information for a specified start and end date.

=SCOTT.XTRACK(OrgId, Account Code, Tracking Category, Tracking Option, Begin Date, End Date)

=XTRACKR

Populates the cell with the dollar sum of the transactions for a range of GL accounts using tracking information for a specified start and end date.

=SCOTT.XTRACKR(OrgId, Begin Account Code, Ending Account Code, Tracking Category, Tracking Option, Begin Date, End Date)

=XTRACKM

Populates the cell with the dollar sum of the transactions for a GL account using  two tracking categories and options.

=SCOTT.XTRACKM(OrgId, Account Code, Category 1, Option 1, Category 2, Option 2, Begin Date, End Date)
